Terms of Service

Welcome to GIRLVPN. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GIRLVPN websites, applications, VPN services, proxy services, and related products (collectively, the "Services") provided by GIRLVPN ("GIRLVPN", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@girlvpn.com if you suspect unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to: (a) engage in any illegal activity or violate the rights of others; (b) distribute malware, launch denial-of-service attacks, or attempt to compromise any system or network; (c) send spam or engage in unauthorized bulk messaging; (d) infringe intellectual property rights; (e) exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors; or (f) resell or redistribute the Services without our written permission. Rotating proxy and SOCKS5 features are provided for lawful automation, research, and testing only.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Add-ons

Paid plans and add-ons (including rotating proxy pools, rotating VPN configs, SOCKS5, and dedicated IPs) are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees incurred. Add-ons are charged in addition to your base plan.

5. Money-Back Guarantee & Cancellation

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase by contacting support. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals but does not, except under the 30-day guarantee, entitle you to a prorated refund of the current term.

6. Service Availability

We work hard to keep the Services fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Location counts and server availability may vary.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, designs, logos, and content, are owned by GIRLVPN or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. WireGuard® is a registered trademark of Jason A. Donenfeld. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GIRLVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GIRLVPN harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GIRLVPN is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
