Your privacy is the whole point. This Privacy Policy explains what we do — and pointedly do not — collect when you use GIRLVPN's websites, apps, and services (the "Services"). In short: we run a strict no-logs operation and collect the bare minimum needed to run your account.

1. Our No-Logs Promise

GIRLVPN does not collect or store logs of your online activity. Specifically, we do not log:

• Websites you visit, or the content, DNS queries, or destinations of your traffic
• The IP address you connect from, or the IP address assigned to you
• Connection timestamps or session durations tied to your identity
• Bandwidth used per session or browsing history of any kind

Our VPN and proxy servers operate in RAM-only (diskless) mode, so operational data is wiped on every reboot and never written to persistent storage.

2. Information We Do Collect

To provide and bill for the Services, we collect a limited amount of account data:

• Account details: your email address and, if provided, your name.
• Billing information: processed by our third-party payment providers. We store a payment token and plan details, not your full card number. Crypto payments minimize even this.
• Aggregate diagnostics: anonymous, aggregated metrics (such as total server load) that cannot identify an individual user.

3. How We Use Information

We use the limited data we collect to create and manage your account, process payments, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and send you essential service communications. We never use your data to profile or track your browsing.

4. Cookies & Website Analytics

Our website uses only essential cookies needed for the site to function and, optionally, privacy-respecting aggregate analytics that do not use invasive cross-site tracking. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data — ever. We share limited account data only with trusted service providers (such as payment processors) who help us operate, and only as necessary. Because we keep no activity logs, we have nothing to provide in response to requests for browsing data.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and billing data only for as long as your account is active or as required to meet legal and accounting obligations. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period.

7. Security

We protect your information with strong encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, and RAM-only infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your data.
